1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1
SOLD!!!
$29,950
This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Fastback is the Result of a long term Project that was just never completed. It was being built as a Road Race/Track car and has many aftermarket goodies. All this needs for completion is your choice of Powertrain and a few small odds and ends, but all the Hard work is done and many new parts are included to complete this build. See below for a full description of work that has been done.
The Exterior has a new Fiberglass hood with an Aftermarket Shaker assembly. The Door glass was changed out to 1970 style bolt on glass rather then the glue in style. A Rear wing and front spoiler are included, but have not been installed (Bolt holes have NOT been drilled). New Magnum Wheels with New BFG T/A Tires were just installed. To Finish it off the Car has been painted Black and looks great. Little - no rust is seen on the exterior or chassis, and the floor and trunk pans are solid.
The Interior Carpet and Upholstery are all new and look great with the silver two tone. This is a Factory Tach Car and the Tach has been rebuilt and the dash bezels have been re-chromed. Dash shows no cracks and looks good. Door panels are original and also look good.
The Chassis has all the Goodies, and starting from front to back, Both upper control arms have been upgraded to tubular design with Higher rate springs. The front spindles have been upgraded to 1970 Mustang spindles. The shock towers have been reinforced and a Monte Carlo Bar and Export Brace Kit has been installed. A new Flaming River Gearbox and Control valve have been installed (Yes, this is a power steering car). The Trac-Loc rear end is being held on with Super shackles which also hold the Composite Leaf springs in place. And to hold this on the ground Shelby style Under-ride Traction bars have been installed. KYB Shocks have been installed on all four corners for ride quality. The fuel tank has been upgraded to a 1970 Mustang 22 Gallon Capacity. A few things are not mentioned, but No Expense was spared when this chassis was built.
And to top off this already amazing car, A new in box Tremec 3550 5-speed Transmission with pedals/linkage/crossmember and bellhousing is included in the sale.
