Factory 4-speed Manual Transmission
Manual Drum and Manual Steering (Rare for Mach 1)

Original 3.50 Trac-Loc (No longer in Car)
This 1970 Mach 1 is being sold as project for the Do-it-yourselfer who wants a real Mach 1 Shaker car at a fixer price! The Body of this Mach presents well but there is some paint cracking seen on the roof and passenger door jamb (Seen in pictures). Also some light bubbling is seen on the lower corners of the trunk but other then that, the body looks great! All the Glass and Regulators are in place and operate as they should with no cracks or chips seen. It is most definitely a good looking car, even in it's current state.
The Interior still shows it's correct White Knit Vinyl w/ Mach seats as reported on the Marti report. Typical wear is mostly seen to the driver seat and both door panels and the Passenger rear trim has been cut to add an additional 6x9 speaker. The Mach 1 Dash trim is all present but shows minor cracking near the center speaker. The Carpet is in very presentable shape but does show wear in the typical spots. As-is the Interior is still usable and looks good, only some minor work is needed to bring this Mach Interior up to par. Even the original Hurst Shifter with T-handle is there and looks ever so fitting with this car!
The Engine is a Date Correct 351c 4v and it has been reported that it was rebuilt some 20 years ago but has never been fired. Our Inspection shows this to be true and the engine does turn over with ease. The Clutch/Linkage is all in place and operates and the Transmission is mounted with the driveline installed. The exhaust/fuel etc still need to be finished (New Fuel Tank is also in place) as well as proper inspection and cam break in procedures followed during initial startup. With a good weekend's worth of time you could be driving this Mach!
The Chassis Looks good, but the Floor Pans, torque boxes and rear drop panels will need repaired however the vehicle is still structurally sound and can be driven as-is. The Brakes will need to be plumbed and bleed after a through inspection is performed. The Wheels are Nice looking Magnums with New BFGoodrich tires, 235/60R14 Front & 235/60R15 Rear.
