This '82 Trans Am is a time capsule. A one family owned car since new with extensive service records and always garage stored. The body appears to be completely rust free and in good condition. There is some minor damage on the driver's front fender but otherwise this body is in very good condition. The paint overall is quite nice and has some of the normal stone chips associated with a well cared for car with 83k miles on the clock. 

 

The interior is in very nice condition thanks to careful use and being garage stored out of the suns harmful rays. The dash is the nicest I have seen and the upholstery is still soft and supple. There are some minor wear spots but overall it is quite nice. 

 

The T-Tops are in great condition as are the seals around them. These typically are sun baked and worn out. These are the original units and in very good condition. There is even the factory T-Top bag strapped in back in place. The bag is also in excellent condition.

 

The 305 CID V8 engine still runs excellent and has surprisingly good power still. It fires up easily and there are no audible engine ticks or knocks, just a nice rumble from the exhaust. The transmission shifts crisply and really works nice. The steering is tight & responsive. This is a fun car to drive.

 

The Sony Radio no longer works. It does power the antenna and that does work properly.
