This '66 is a great looking car (it is a mystery to us why this is such a rare color as it truly is one of our favorites). Overall this is a solid example that could easily be enjoyed daily.

​

The body looks to be in good condition with good panel alignment and gaps. The paint is an older respray that was never sanded & polished. There is some shrinkage and paint defects at the quarter panel/roof junction visible upon close inspection. Otherwise though it looks great and presents as a very nice car. The bumpers and bright trim all look nice and fit well.

​

Inside this Mustang looks great. The upholstery fits tight, seats are comfortable and everything just looks right. The floor console is a nice option complimented by the factory Rally Pac Tachometer & Clock Package. The clock in the Rally Pac was rebuilt with Quarts movement and works nicely. The factory stereo was replaced with an aftermarket unit made specifically for the 65/66 Mustangs.

Mechanically this one is clean and simple. The 289 was originally a 2 barrel carburetor C-code. It has been upgraded with a correct cast iron 4 barrel intake manifold and Holley 600cfm carburetor. It still wears its original cast iron exhaust manifolds complete with factory fastener locks. It appears the engine is still stock with the exception of the intake upgrade. It fires up easily and runs excellent.

The wheels are 15" Magnum 500's with 215 60 BF Goodrich tires. They fit well and look great.
