It's getting hard to find a stock early Mustang these days. Everything has been converted to power this and power that. Fuel injection, overdrive transmissions, big wheels and funky paint seem to be the norm. This one is quite refreshing being stock and clean. This would be more of what you found in the early 70's with a few things touched but mostly stock configuration. It's been in the same family for quite some time before coming to us.

It has seen some work over the years including a respray in it's original Acapulco Blue. The paint has a nice shine but there are some small bubbles that formed due to being covered with a non breathable car cover. They are mostly on the driver's side of the hood and roof. They aren't visible from 10 feet but get closer and in the right light they become visible. The chrome & bright trim look quite nice. This is an 'Exterior Decor' package so it has the wheel well molding, rocker molding, trunk moldings and the 'Turn Signal' hood. It really does class up the car.

Inside the interior was upholstered originally in a two-tone blue but has been switched out with black and headrests added. The dash & headliner have been converted to white and it looks surprisingly nice. The interior is nice & tidy, seats are super comfortable and easily nice enough for a long drive.

This car has been garaged for most of it's life. The floors and frame rails appear to be the originals and they are quite solid and appear to be rust free. There is some sign of accident damage on the passenger front rail which is kind of odd given that the aprons appear to be in good condition. The car drives well and tracks nicely down the road.
