Looking for a cool pickup but don't want to spend $60k+ on a garage princess? Take a good look at this one. It is a rare 1941 with the heavy duty front sheet metal. It has a driver quality paint which presents well and draws endless compliments when out on the road. It's not perfect...and that's why its so good. You can still enjoy it out on the roads & parking lots without worrying about a $20k paint job.
Under the hood lives a nice running 350. This one has some improvements such as an aluminum intake and 4 barrel carburetor but its a mild motor. It makes easy work of moving this lightweight pickup though. It has a nice deep, mellow note to the exhaust but its super comfortable out on the road. The TH350 transmission goes into gear quickly and works nicely. Out back the differential is geared for the highway so cruising is comfortable around town and the open road.
Inside the interior is in great shape. The headliner is the cardboard factory style. The seat upholstery fits nicely and the seat is super comfortable.
Keep in mind this is a 1941 heavy duty truck originally so it was not equipped with turn signals and are typically not required because they were not factory equipped or required when manufactured. They can be added for $400 if you need.
The driver's door glass does have a crack but rolls up & down fine. It is a standard non-tempered glass. The door glass is replaceable if you need and available through many suppliers.
